Why pay for truck school when some co'.s train you for free ???

Because when a company has you by the balls they never let you forget it. You will make crap pay, have worse home time and you get treated worse than a dog.

Trucking is hard enough without having to deal with that bull crap.

 

Which company did you go to in your 1st. year? You did well!

It's a small, local company in chicago, we only have 5 drivers. I would rather not post the name in public

NETTTS in Andover MA has a 540 hour course which costs...................11k!!!!!! and they push everyone to go into this. Insane

 

$11,000 would be approximately 6 months pay for me.

Yes I did, but I am lucky to be near one of the best cities for trucking jobs. It's about the only benifit of living close to Chicago.
