I've just been hired with celadon as an owner operator. I will post my progress in this thread for any one who is curious about the experience. I leased the truck through quality, and it's the maintenance program. The truck is an international prostar 2013 with 250k miles an electronic apu and a double sleeper. No money down, no credit check, walk away lease. I could own the truck in 5 years with no balloon payment at the end. It's 545 for the truck payment and 555 for the permits, licensing, insurance, prepass, and the maintenance. The maintenance covers anything that breaks with the truck that has to do with DOT safety, or the truck running. Basically if the cigarette lighter breaks it's not covered, but everything that matters is covered. I've finished the orientation which was short. About three days for most of us. And I've just got the truck stickers and I'm awaiting a load. I'll continue to update this thread as I continue. Any questions feel free to ask.
Very respectfully,
The rookie
