Hey guys! I've been with Millis for a year and eight months. They've been good to me - getting me home when I ask, I average over $800 on weeks that I'm not on hometime, and it's been a good experience overall. However, I'm getting a little tired of just running East of the Mississippi, and I know I could be making some more money.
The one incident I've got on my record (I'm sure) is that I ended up tearing a trailer door off getting around a concrete pillar while pulling forward in an indoor dock (Case Paper in Philadelphia, a place I've always considered a special kind of hell). I know that won't be too highly looked upon. This took place over a year ago.
I am not looking for flatbed work or LTL. Definitely no teams. I don't have my Hazmat yet, but I could do that if it opens up my options. I'm also willing to hold off until the two-year mark to widen the field as well.
I live 30 miles north of Atlanta. Anyone have suggestions?
Looking for greener pastures.
