    I started this thread to update pay rates for Drivers and Trucks.

    Please list major area and rates and equipment. Thank you in advance for your response.

    I work casual for a friend in the Kansas City Area and I am a w2 employee hourly $22.00 no benefits triaxle.

    Jackson County Missouri starting pay for equipment operator is $9.83.
    Average in this area is $17 to $18 or 25%

    Harps had good system and https://tarps4less.com/ has all the dump systems you could ever need. But tarps4less doesn't keep it on their site, you have to call 'em. Both do custom work and builds, tarps4less has better prices.

    salary.com has good info for local drivers. The rates were hard to find,...you have to click on the "free salary data" button to see them.
