I'm going to be going to an interview in harrisburg pa soon and was just wondering if anyone could give me some insight into sygma and whether it was better to drive solo or with a team member? Which one pays more? As well as I was told I would only be gone three days maximum is this true or a ploy to get you in. I was also wondering what the first year salary is for a new driver?? The help is greatly appreciated thank you in advance

1100 was about average where I used to work doing 2 runs a week. Some of the Sr drivers were around 90k or so not including profit sharing. Where I worked It was employee owned so if you were fully vested they throw you about 15-17% every year of your pre tax gross. Really nice bonus every year if you can stick it out 6 years to be 100% vested

I just recently left Sygma. The pay is good. you'll run team and solo routes most likely be on the extra board for a little while. Ill warn you the team routes aren't on the up and up. You'll figure that out after you start. If you can stay positive and don't mind mostly working nights . the loads are hit and miss somedays your looking for everything others it comes off like butter. best of luck.

Ditto were the same way there are days I can cut through my load like a knife through hot butter and then there are other days where it's a total mess back there.
