Have an interview with a 1099 company tomorrow: what should I be aware of?

I have driven 1099, not CDL. If you want to try it get a CPA first thing and get their advice on how to go abotu things. A good CPA is well worth it, you can deduct their fees as well next year.

Download a copy of IRS publication SS-8. It's what they use to determine status as employee or contractor.
