I can not stress the importance of patience, and a good relationship with dispatch. Other than that, give it time.

Thanks Ssand and Sti400 for the info here. Been checking out lots of companies, but after doing that for some time, they all start blending together. Freymiller keeps popping back up , as does Prime, but I'm def leaning towards Frey. I'm starting local cdl college on Monday, its an 8 week course, 320 hours and pretty thorough. Cant wait to get started, and so ill be following this post closer. I already talked with Vicky in recruiting and everything looks good as for my qualifications (except experience haha), thanks again guys, safe travels out there....

Freymiller was one of the better outfits that I drove for. Ouch on the cameras though. That would certainly give me pause for going back to work for them.

I never tripped the camera in all 5 months i have been driving for them. And they have never called me at all about me swerving a little and somr hard braking.

Perhaps not, but it's that whole big brother watching over you thing that I can't get over. I don't have an issue with dashcams. They can put as many as they want facing out. Just don't have one looking at me.
