When i trained 10 years ago the trainer had to pay for a motel room if he wanted to go on home time. I finished training in 3 weeks.

I'd pack my bags and hitch hike out of there.
You have your cdl , so leave for a new job. Then email a resignation letter to headquarters telling them you resign because you were abandonded at a truck stop.
Dozens of companies will hire you today.Canned Spam Thanks this. -
Holy Cow!!
Run! You need to be on the phone demanding they put you up in a hotel at the very least.Canned Spam Thanks this. -
Lol but I thought this was "part of trucking"?? I'm keeping my cool for now. I have a very short fuse as it is. And don't want to be fired or get a crap trainer who's worse....I'm not a gambler. But i did learn a valuable lesson being here. Can't save money....and I don't have the room for a road pro oven or crockpot. Nor does he have one.

2000 miles in 3 weeks, a trainer who leaves you in a truck stop for days on end. The only way you can claim it's your fault is if you blame yourself for picking the wrong company. -
Anyone know good trainers here....as far as I know all the good ones are training now
