looking to run Flatbed and I am struggling with a decision between Melto and Roehl. Any advice or input from current drivers for either of them would be much appreciated. Finishing local school and will start with whoever I pick on the 2nd of May
Melton or Roehl

Both are starter companies get your year and move on
-
If those are your two only options.... Melton.
-
I agree Melton is your better choice of those are your only 2
-
I'm at Melton and loving it so far.
On paper a lot of companies look the same or at least very similar but it's the little things that add up to make a company great. Drivers are well taken care of here.MoPho, TequilaSunrise and Jekellhowell Thank this. -
TequilaSunrise Thanks this.
-
Have you looked into TMC
-
Try Melton or TMC if you love being micromanage. Both have driver facing cameras so the can watch your every move.
If your into being treated like a grown up try Western Express. They got free direct tv in their trucks and if youre willing to work you WILL get paid. I work 18 on and 3 off and made 63k my FIRST year running solo...NO B.S.00stephen Thanks this. -
Roehl does not have driver facing cameras.....yet.
