My first year my gross pay was just over $63,000 and I run regional working five days a week Monday threw Friday home almost every night. System drivers can make well over $70,000

I've hauled everything under the sun. I prefer dry bulk now, it's frustrating at times but well worth it. Most places are nice and friendly and the ones we always go to learn your name and become helpful if you're struggling.

I try not to strive for guaranteed pay, I'm greedy lol

Scratch that, I'm back in Joliet!

    My week:

    Load in Jackson, TN
    Deliver in Grand Rapids, MI
    Deadhead to Joliet, tank wash
    Load in Joliet
    Deliver in Zanesville, OH
Deadhead back to Joliet, tank wash
    Load in Channahon on Sunday
    Deliver in Camden, TN Monday

2 loads, and a lot of empty miles. Money's good, but I gotta keep busy or I get sleepy lol Glad freight's picking back up!

Prolly won't get it this time cause I'm getting a reset in, even though I don't need one. I'll submit it anyways just to cover myself.

Just put in my app tonight. I was just about to give up on my trucking career until i seen one of the driver's pumping fuel today in Jackson, MS. He gave me a basic rundown/overview on the company and the fire inside of me that was slowly going out was come back. Van and reefer a thing of the past after he told me that I didn't need endorsements. If I knew that when i started trucking 5 years ago i would've been contacted A&R. Not afraid of hard work at all so looking forward to hearing from recurting soon.

My journey at A&R has ended, today, right now, as I'm typing this.

Good luck to all that decide to work here, it's an ok company. Nothing bad to say, I've just decided to take a bull haulin job that pays more ;)

    Be safe out there!
