Yes, but you can cover the camera when not on the road moving. Some just lay a hat over the camera when they're parked.

Aaah ok but what if my wife is changing or something in the back and I'm driving? Or is that not legal? I've never driven teams. I just don't want any privacy invaded

She can pull the curtains closed. She'll probably close the curtains anyway if she wants to sleep while you're driving. Sleeper area has it's own heat/cool vents you or she can adjust when the curtains are closed.

No sound; Swift is the only one I know of that has sound.

Front half only and it's pointed towards the driver a bit. Yes, just pull the curtain shut and she will have privacy. When I stop for the night I toss my cap over the camera... At that point it ceases to be their truck and becomes my home.
