How do I get a job driving OTR if I'm not a USA citizen

LQQk into larger companies such as Schneider, Werner. By lQQk I mean talk to recruiters. I think Schneider has terminals up in Canada.

We don't enforce immigration laws anyways.

 

Probably wouldn't get a job working for a decent company without some type of work visa/green card.
Then there's that other thing... Sort of gonna need a CDL.

 

Move to Syria, Obama will let you in.

 

My son & I drove team together for 2 years. We picked up a load from Laredo going to Detroit area. We left Laredo and practically followed 5 buses full of Mexican people. Do you think they had a green card?

 

I would truly like to get experience hauling doubles n triples so I can move to Aulstralia and drive on their road train in the outback. woop woop

 

What's your point.
You think they are coming to drive trucks.
Do you think they will get CDL Licenses. Or even regular licenses.

Don't have a point Sir. Immigrants are everywhere in the US and from every country imaginable probably. I was just stating what I saw is all.

 

I knew some states were letting illegals get licenses.
CDL is different. Also decent companies wouldn't hire them anyway.

Guess they can drive farm trucks. From field to warehouse or wherever they go.
You don't want my opinion on the illegal alien problem anyway.
