There's a beer plant I picked up at once in Colorado a couple years ago that was like that. I had 6 hours left on my clock when I got in line at the gate and they had 3 inbound lines. By the time I left I was 1 hour past my 14 for the day. Ended up violating my logs by 3.5 hours by the time I could find a place to pull over. Every on and off ramp from that point to the state boarder had no parking signs spaced out so you couldn't park a truck on the ramp without being in the road and the next closes truck stop was in Wyoming. It was stupid. Shippers like that need to offer a place to park if they are going to be like that.

I'm a Heat fan so as long as Cleveland loses (which they will) I'm happy :)

If i run 750 miles in 11 hours take 10 off duty then drive 130 miles in the final 3 hours of the 24 hour period, is this legal. ...theoretically?

You have your required 10 hour break . You can drive 11 more as long as you still have hours left on your 70. The 24 hour clock hasn't been a factor since they changed from 10 / 8 / 16

    BigNate Thanks this.
