Here is how I go that axle to slide on the crappy Landstar Fontaines when loaded. Find a little hill and put front of trailer tandem before the crest. Dump tractor airbags and idle up to 1100 rpm to get full air. You should be able to slide it past the wheel well. A 4x4 under each of the front trailer axle tires can replace a hill if absolutely necessary, but I always got it to slide without them. Remember the front axle is going to roll while the rear axle stays put. If you're in FL, and not leaving the state don't worry, they allow 44k on tandems.
