You can be an 0/0 with A&R Logistics also. They have specific weight requirements for the truck though. It's on the website.
Some of the o/o's with Quality Carriers have some sharp looking trucks too.

what is the cpm average at a&r and quality?

Should be on the website. My former neighbor made $72K every year and home weekends and sometimes dropped by the house during the week. He's a company driver. Someone told me the 0/0 dispatch office is in Texas, but they run hard and don't wait on work.

Where can i get a truck to lease on to them or quality carriers?

I think Quality has some trucks for sale, but not sure.
A&R , you'll have to find a truck to buy that meets their criteria; call them. Probably need a mid-roof or can use a flat top. Don't buy a condo for tanker work. -
Miller Transporters Inc. has trucks for sale or lease/purchase.
Trucks are already equipped for tanker work. Don't know how good the company is to work for though; maybe ok and maybe not. -
How is XPO? Owner op?
