I know a driver that was out of hours and couldn't find a place to park. He pulled up behind a RV at a rest-area and blew his horn until the RV left.

Doesn't sound like a driver to me. Maybe a steering wheel holder on a good day. If I was sleeping and that prick woke me up with that ######## I'd drain my hotshot batteries on his #######. Maybe some Electro shock therapy would turn him into a real driver.

Wonder why he did that, rvs have as much right to park in rest areas as trucks do.

I prefer seeing a rv at a rest area. I've never told one to move while parked in a truck stop, except the one time this idiot took up two spots so he could open his pop outs. But I don't like seeing them there. We're out here working, on a time constraint, we deserve those spots a lot more than someone with no hours of service, on vacation

IIRC, Jubitz will kick RV's off their lot.

All the yrs I drove OTR I have never had a problem with an rv taking a parking spot.So drivers that don't have the hours to make it to the next parking area because an rv is in your precous spot, thats your own fault.

RVs have RV parks. We can't park in RV parks. It's not fair.

Rv parks also charge.I would rather stay at a rest area since it's only for a few hours.Besides it's not like there's a convoy of rvs at rest areas. If rvs wasn't welcome in reastareas there wouldn't be an rv waste removal.

RV's need to stay out of truckstops and stick to Walmart and gas stations where they belong.
