I got to Rogers once and that was close enough to the UP for me! Was warmer inside the reefer than it was outside!!

700 miles. To me, that's not too shabby for a run.

4mer trucker and 25(2)+2 Thank this.

Finally, the day arrives when I get to drive again. The first 30 hours or so of a reset are fine and needed. Everything after that, however, are strained hours.

    4mer trucker Thanks this.

Having lived in California for many years long ago, I can say I've driven the entire Interstate 5 from north to south and marveled at its diversity. It is almost like driving through several different countries, isn't it?

I've done the same on I35 and never on I95; doing so is not on my 'bucket list,' however, though I have driven most of it between Florida and Maryland.
