Only if you get the answers in writing. Otherwise it doesn't count.....

Do these starter companies give anyone stuff in writing? I bet they don't because they figure if you don't like it take a hike we have thousands of applicants coming in every day.

If they don't put it in writing, that's an answer, too, isn't it?

Yes either they can't guarantee it or they flat out don't give a... if you take the offer. Sadly just starting out you pretty much have to take what you can.

    Yes.

As a former employer I took notice of candidates that were inquisitive of the details of their prospective employment position. If they were not interested in their earnings, then how invested would they be in their work effort?

I never knew that starting out was so rough for people. I thought I had it rough, forcing my boss into compliance, making sure I could do everything legally, that I always took my guaranteed miles and pay for granted.

I know one thing though. If he told me he couldn't say how much I could expect to earn each week, I would have told him to find someone else to drive his truck.

    Everyone deserves a decent wage.

Nah, you don't need to ask any questions, once hired just go with the flow baby

SADLY & UNFORTUNATELY, there will be someone who will sign on NOT knowing from one week to another what their pay is going to be. People are desperate for work, and in many cases, desperate for initial work experience to progress onto something better, "down the road".

God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!
