From what I heard, Fed Ex Express is basically their version of UPS Parcel. Only way you can get the job is from within. You start off as a warehouse worker, package delivery driver, then up to tractor trailer driver doing linehaul work, airport runs, Amazon pickups, etc. It's almost exactly the way UPS does it with their feeder driver position.
How hard is it to get employed by FedEx or UPS ?

I'm just surprised USF Reddaway still pays more to start , than these two bigger companies....

$24. For FedEx sound great, I'll keep building my resume here, work hard and try applying when I feel they'd want me.
