Breathable seat cushions help. Get out of the truck for a good walk every day if you are OTR. I used to walk every night, or when ever I shut it down for a DOT break. Eat healthy.

Well aside from ( not keeping the cab of your truck TOO HOT OR COLD and clean drawers) I have found that keeping that leever in the front middle of the seat(Unlocked) so yourseat can move forward and back on the bumps(keeps you from getting Galded (ie.sliding to and fro across the seat constantly. Stay away from Cotton underwear.

I've discovered a soap called Dr. Brommer's. It's organic, multi-purpose. Safe to bathe with. The only thing I'd mention is if you use it without diluting the soap with water, you will feel VERY CLEAN in the private parts (and I mean very clean.... like the feeling that your junk is in the breeze!). Doesn't bother me, but it may some people.

Also, I use Gold Bond Medicated powder. Be sure to dry completely before use otherwise your boys will feel like they are on fire!

Dry completely before dressing. Air dry if you can.

I've been a cotton briefs guy my whole life and can't see myself changing that. But if I come upon issues after a while, I may consider the alternatives.

On the subject of underwear, I like Exofficio. Once you try a pair, you will too.

Been driving a long time. Never had a rash because I shower everyday. Anyone who says they can't shower at least five times a week is just lazy. I can walk into a Pilot or Loves, get my shower key and be walking out of there in less than fifteen minutes clean as a whistle; literally it takes less than 15 minutes to shower. There is absolutely no excuse for letting your ### rot. You will die too young and dirty if you allow body to stay soiled. Another thing is I don't drink soda and eat truck stop food. So my ### isn't so fat it collects crud. I can break out my weights and have a workout done in less than fifteen minutes as well. No ecuse not to do that 5 times a week. That time you spend watching another Steven Segal movie in the drivers lounge will kill you.

I've never had a problem in all my years. Bath then use KY Warming Jelly on the private areas then wear underpants and undershirt from Jos A Banks Clothiers. I order the underwear through the mail and get the KY Warming Jelly at Walmart.

I looked that up online and looks like high quality. I'll try the Mens Give-N-Go Boxer, thank you very much!
