I'm still waiting to get a direct answer from the shop.
They have just said what they "think it is" so far.
My experience from other issues is that it's better to wait until you know what exactly the issue is.

    RootHog Thanks this.

So did they come up with a diagnosis as to what exactly happened other than we know the engine is trashed

Oh no everything is under warranty but downtime is going to be forever.
And whos to say my truck will ever be the same.

Reason I'm spending $1100 a week on a new truck is to avoid the headaches of Clutches failing and Engines blowing up right away.
So much for that lol

Really though, the truck costs 800 per week. The rest is other stuff needed for any truck.

If we really wanna be technical it's $780 a week for the truck and $5000 up front.
Along with higher insurance costs than what would be for an old truck or cheaper truck.

Point is I'm still responsible for $1100 a week no matter what and getting a new truck the idea was it would come with some level of reliability and less odds I'd have the problems I've been having.

For the noob company drivers for CDL school drivers reading thinking about leasing a truck they need to know about this and THIS can happen to them.
    It sucks.
