Never been down that road. Can't say I can relate to it.
The reason they might request a return to work statement, when you see chiropractor is partly from you having to leave truck and get your back adjusted.
Interesting story. Most of it seems common among all large companies, from what I read here.
I would pursue coming to an agreement with the collection agency. They won't stop trying to collect and they will garnish your wages.
Good luck in your next chapter. -
Wow, I'm tired. I need a nap. To much info to take in
Getsinyourblood, Captain Fluffy and bzinger Thank this. -
As far as the collections go, it has been 2 months, and I haven't heard anything yet. Ran my credit report too, and nothing there. They're wise to not pursue anything further.Last edited: May 3, 2016

Well, one thing I left out as far as pay is concerned, I started out on their Dairyland route. It was the only route at the time that was 5 out 2 home. That worked perfect for me because I was just recently married. But still, being on that route, the options are VERY limited as far as mileage goes.
To quote their site....
They say $960/week.
I'll be 100% honest with you, on average, I pulled in $400 checks. Average. My lowest was $360 for one week. The rest of the time, if I broke $500 it was an amazing week, and to celebrate, we could go get some McChickens from McDonald's as a celebratory dinner. The average mileage I would drive for the Dairyland route was about 1,000 - 1,200 miles, at .34 cpm. The pay has gone up since then, but this is what my family and I had to endure.
I was with them a little under a year, and made 28k for the year.
50 grand my ###.Last edited: May 3, 2016
Toomanybikes and Getsinyourblood Thank this. -
Smdh. Reading through your diatribe on Rohle I am left with the impression that you are an argumentative employee whom looks for all the angles to prove you are never wrong. As a new driver your attitude should be a yes sir I can get the job done and make no waves. Heck, you didn't even complete your promised miles and felt you should've been issued a spanking new truck. In conclusion, pull your manties up, shut up, and get the job done or go home.

I would've been more than happy to officially complete my obligated miles, but they ended that for me before I could...of course you would know that if you were able to comprehend what I wrote.mike-v Thanks this. -
To OP, great write up. Really wish more folks would take the time to actually document their complaints like this rather than the 75%+ of crap that is just thrown at the proverbial wall here to see if it sticks.FamilyMan82, Dale thompson, Guitar Man and 7 others Thank this. -
Western flyer Thanks this.
