I agree completely. SNI thought IC's were getting too big of a slice of the pie, now they're taking a few more bites.

Yeah I do have something to compared it to, I've been here nearly a year and a half.
A year ago I was knocking out huge paychecks, there was soo much good freight and it certainly was gravy.
Where were you a year ago? Oh that's right at Mercer!
I'll give you that you first started before me but then you left and in part of that time was when I was here. So we have different aspects of comparison. Things certainly are wayyyy different from when I started.
Btw the heavy load in mountains didn't "cost me" an engine. My pos lemon engine cost me plain and simple. When the shop pulled apart the engine there was evidence on ongoing issues like coolant leaking in areas it shouldn't and etc for one.
You keep complaining about rates and saying other places are better but still you're here.
It's bad everywhere now, other sources of information show freight is in the tank also.
People keep trying to blame Schneider but it's not Schneider's fault customers have less loads needing to be moved.
Others have commented on some P&G locations looking like Ghost towns. A year ago many of them were pumping out loads non stop. Is that on Schneider or just cause the economy sucks?
You made a comment about Landstar drivers not doing well probably because they were anti social, couldnt work the system and etc.
While it's different here but there is a system to it as well and if a driver does what's needed they can still do well but it aint easy

    Yup, makes sense.
People keep trying to blame Schneider being loads arent what they use to be... hellooo the economy is sucking and loads are down across the board. If the economy was great and loads were the way there are then I would have an issue. I was just reading a Dart driver complaining about it being slow over there too.
Things are just slow in general, if anything I give credit for slowing down all the hires being freight is sucking.

Anyways remember that relay load I beached about that was nearly 50000 pounds, that was a CR Robinson load. No joke.
Being our normal customers are pumping out less loads Schneider is having to turn to pos places like that for freight. I am seeing more and more of it sadly. At least things are somewhat better than winter time. Winter was a disaster.

as a dedicated company driver , its still necessary sometimes to move me to the ded customer location. prior to a on paper switch of divisions , many of those 3rd party loads were CH Robinson brokered loads in sni trailers (think pallet loads). since the switch my off account running has been through SLI , have seen some slow down on both types of freight. dedicated and sni regular freight.

I already just said you were here before me. Also that you left to Mercer.
You conveniently didn't respond to the part about freight being in the tank in general and it's not Schneider's fault customers aren't pumping out loads like they use to is it?
That's really the problem, the economy is sucking!

I bump into Landstar and Mercer drivers.
    Compared rates and etc.
Landstar is terrible right now but Mercer is okay from what I noticed. Had my friend who quit Landstsr a couple months ago, i had an inside look are those cheap rates.
I talked about my experience with the Interstate recruiter.

However no I can't pull up those rates and show everybody. There's articles our there and info from DAT showing how frieght is down and sucking now that anybody can pull up.
You keep saying Landstar has better rates but unless you can pull that up and show us you've got as much as me buddy and that's run it's course.

If I was interested in applying for this, would I fill out a credit application through schneider finance first or do I go to the company first?
