First day of orientation is great. They flew me in and put me in a nice hotel room by myself. This company is very safety oriented. They have a really good maintenance program for owner ops. For $16 a month covers tow motel and truck rental. I signed up for that

So far so good. I had to wait all weekend to get qualcom installed. But the other drivers that was in my class have been averaging over a dollar a mile. I had one load that paid $411 for 375 miles. Not bad it was just a load to get my truck back to the terminal for the qualcom install

Was that 375 loaded miles or 375 total loaded and dead head? If so, how much was the actual loaded? If not, how many miles did you dead head for the load? And last if you don't mind, what were the origin and term cities?

You are on CPM pay for first 4 weeks ...right? then percentage after that? I remembered the TheRightBrotha was saying something like that.
