Looking for info on Sherwin Williams in Nevada

OMG...so this is what heaven must be like.
Landing here is far from a horizontal move; this is Everest vertical considering the pay structure, the benefits, the equipment and running private fleet freight, the corporate culture and attitude...you name it and it is top notch.
I even have a new lease on life and my attitude has improved greatly...I've been colored!

It was during a jobs fair in Reno.

After being interviewed by two different people and taking a drive test I was offered a job contingent on physical,drug test and background

Job fair took place in a Saturday so I did the physical and drug test following Monday

I'm assuming HR began the background check on the same day

Question:does anyone know how long the background takes and how many years do they go back?

I was convicted of marijuana cultivation 18 years ago.....No arrest since and that was the only time I had been arrested

Doubt 18 yrs will cross the radar but only speculating.
