He bounced home.. Then the last we heard from him, was he was going to stay in bed.. Something about not wanting to get out of his "My little pony sleep set" lol.
Said he's tired and worked too hard the last 2 weeks.

Oh, this was not a luck issue

One of my employees(who I would fire if I could replace him with someone competent) forgot to fill the gas can that services the pony motor on the trailer. So, since my ex-wife paid for my triple A membership last year, I called them up to help me with my I have run out of gas issue.

Now how the last of the gas in the pony motor was used is a different story. Turns out the permit writer for the city of Oxnard has never actually been to Oxnard!

They routedme off the exit to the customer making a left hand turn from the single lane get off ramp onto a bridge with no shoulders and just like 2 11 ft lanes. And a giant hump to high center on.

So, at 6:45 am with traffic stacking up - Inhad to start the pony motor, raise the trailer to get over the jump and back onto the highway - which I did and then went back and lowered the trailer - which then ran out of gas and the motor died.

The repose time from triple A was great - 1/2 half hour from call in to has delivered and $0.00 spent.

All this happened while the customer was having their morning safety meeting.

Oh, and the tree was not as big a deal as originally thought but still ... Right in the middle of the driveway?

  9. Good call on using AAA. Should of taken tree out as you left.

Glad it worked out. How was 118. Then 23 ??

Route was fine - not flat but no issues. Drove right past the open scale on 101 north - no issues.

I stacked my jeep for the run home to AZ and decided I should pull into the southbound 101 scale
that was open. Uh that was stupid tight just 9 axles - on 11 would have been "ugly"

What sucked was getting woken up at 2:45 am after just falling alarm at 11:30 on the 210 emergency parking area by the CHP and getting told to move.

After a 20 minute discussion, explaining the retarded curfews, construction closures and business hours of the customer - it was decided I should just stay till morning and tell anyone else I was "overheating"

Ok, so today if anyonea is asking ... I spent the day in bed because "I am overheating" now get off
    my lawn
