    MMM update us if that check goes through. They claim they sent one last Friday April 29, still haven't gotten it. So I don't trust em with anything anymore.


    I escalated the first rating and forgot to send a fax with all my supporting evidence so they removed it. I posted another one and sent them all the info now that it has been escalated. I'm sure by now DAS has a whole department just to reply to negative ratings lol

    ZIggy!!!! I got one of mine in the mail today. Let's see if it bounces in the morning. Will post update at 8am when I open the bank lol This is gonna be fun if it bounces...oh boy

    I was looking for discussion threads on WallyMo trailers and stumbled on this post and the comments. We were in the same boat...hauled for them for over two years, and last summer the checks quit coming. We called for 6 months, and reached out to OOIDA for help, but they were unable to do anything because DAS bond was cancelled due to the non-payment issues. We hired a collection agency, and within three weeks we had our money...minus a 25% collection fee. I'm really ticked we had to forego 25%, but that's better than the zero we had before. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB, and contacted our local news media. Hoping we can get more info out there about how dishonest they are.

    Happy update!!!! We got all our checks within 2 weeks of filing a claim with their bond insurance. Guess I'm also lucky that their bond is current.
    Unhappy update: boss told me to remove their negative rating. I mean, yes they paid but I really want to leave the rating now that it is obvious what they are doing to us all and need to pass the word to others. Perhaps some newer in the business that would not know they can file with their bond. I spent a couple of nights up researching the best course of action for us. I wish we could leave actual comments on ratings.

    There are several co's I see rack up 6-12 negatives for non payment, then they go away. Granted not near as bad as what DAS is doing, but still. Just curious what the threat or leverage is these co's use to have someone
    remove the negative? I mean all that stress of trying to get paid is worth leaving the negative to me.

    I will leave the negative for as long as I can. Which means that one random day he will ask if I removed it and I will say "ohhh I forgot!"
    I mean, I am 1/4 owner and I do the admin part and I was the one that sought out a way to get paid by DAS.
    We will NOT haul for them again. Every time I see one of their orders I get so #### pissed. How dare they be this blatant about screwing people?! I know brokers screw carriers often, but geez hide it a little will you?!
    I read a review on Yelp that they approved one of their customer's damage claims and never paid the customer. Carrier probably paid it and they didn't pass it on to the customer so they have no regard, they are not looking to stay in business long. They are ####ting on the very plate they're eating.
    It'll all come back to haunt them.

    1. Feel horrible for driver.
    2. Couldnt care less for company
    3. Feel very bad for owner of that car way up top (or rather, down below haha!) because I read their Yelp page and they don't pay their customer's claims either.
