@Truckin_Texas91411 is our go to van guy. He can give you the truth. I pull flat and never click Van when searching so I couldn't help you there.

 

Ok we have a serious problem here....and I have thought long and hard about posting this. Last week Schneider put up a bunch of great paying loads going from near Salt Lake City to a city in PA. It is a super easy load 15k pounds big window to drop and pays over 3 grand can be done in 3 days no problem.

As you all know I live in Denver I grabbed one of said loads. I called my IC friend since I knew he was in Phoenix and alerted him to the gold mine...he picked one leaving on Wednesday am...he lives on east coast. Well today I picked up my load, he got a message saying his load was "pushed" out a week....now picks up Sunday do you still want it. He says I will let you know in the morning. No problem. He forwards me his pickup number so ....as I am checking out I ask about when it will be ready...scheduled for 2300hrs on Tuesday on time for 7am Wednesday pickup....I say are you sure he reaponds these are really hot loads its going...

So I call my buddy he is livid as he should be...I will let you know what happens but my thoughts are this is complete crapo and what we all fear the most...sure loads get cancelled but this is beyond and Schnieder is caught with there hand in the IC'S pocket.

LMFAO! He made the same arguments that almost every van driver I ever met made. The funny thing is I never had a problem making money a Mercer. He said guys pulling for under a $1/mile! They didn't have 2 do that & if they ran more than a 10 state area they would have made more money. He was picky and lazy, simple as that.

As far as sitting in Texas for 2-3 days, they could have pulled local freight inside the state for those 2-3 days. So I call BS & revert back to dumb & lazy.

 

I'd be livid beyond belief!!
