    Thanks. Guy has 13 trucks. Hauling just hay so that will be a change. But will also never be more than 8 hours or so away from Redding so that will be nice.

    Kind of. We hauled hay and straw but also general freight. I won't be hauling any freight this time. Just hay.

    @Rugerfan Sharp Pumpkin! I like it...
    I know that's a common hay setup for Ca, but why?
    Do you have to break them apart often at either the pickup or delivery?
    All big squares?

    Once upon a time I hauled a couple loads of small squares per week.
    Only door swinging I ever did, no straps, no tarps, no problem, just swing em shut!
    I do not miss unloading, 53' is a deep cave to chuck bales out of.
    However I do miss the amazing shape I was in!
    And showing up at some unknown horse farm with a bunch of ladies eagerly awaiting to help get your load off!
