@freightwipper ... I wouldn't give that idiot truckers recruiter as I call him the light of day he's nothing but a loser and we don't have to prove nothing to him so I would just go about your business and screw him

If you ever consider tanking, here's what our live loads are sometimes like. I'm sitting in East ST Louis, it's 87° and I'm wearing a full fire protection coverall suit and I can't run the truck. Sometimes I do miss vans. Lol.

One thing to remember is he knows the numbers. He couldn't cut it and you can. Maybe he was spending to much time recruiting, who knows. All I am saying
I'm with you on what you are saying but here's the problem. He is a recruiter. when he was with SNI and could recruit 5 drivers a week he could make 2500 and never turn a tire. He already knows the numbers you are doing. He couldn't cut it when SNI cut his recruiting bonus off. It's why he moves company to company. Your numbers mean nothing to him. I own my truck and1.20 won't cut it for me. Maybe I should check into recruiting. I am in no way trying to bash you. You have nothing to prove.

Its called inserting a shipment which is a feature of the IC program...I normally dont use insert unless a load gets canceled...That load paid so much I really dont care about the .90 cents a mile load going from Denver to Salt Lake.....also I did deadhead it pick a trailer up at OC so I got great mileage....and due to Schneider being unable to "figure" the times on a load that no one was taking the load didnt get picked up...so much for them selling "service"...

Time to cut back on "live" anything.
    Soo much bs.
I'm going to spend another night at a consignee, at least this time it looks like it'll be good for detention

I came here with one year experience and been here 1 1/2 years so far.
Joined here as early as a noob could at the time, one experience OTR experience or 6 months OTR with Schneider was the requirement when I joined.
In other words I am still very much a noob lmao but hey at least I'm making it and still here.

Supposedly the truck coach left due to a divorce and Schneider not letting switch trucks which he needed to in order to due legal things with the divorce. Something like that, i dont really know the details nor care.
When you defend yourself and stand up to BS then people eventually leave you alone and repect you more I've noticed. Just look at this thread for an example, everybody use to bash me left and right non stop.. now it's pretty peaceful lol

First live load today for me took 20 min. 45 pounds of soil in bags.

Next live load took like 4 hours to load half a trailer. Now consignee is about to close and they still havent gotten to me and I'm running out of hours. So much for "working me in" lol
