Company A: Decent rates TTT, but treats it's oo's like crap and constantly plays games. Can't trust this company. Competition with other oo's and company trucks is fierce.

Company B: Average rates at best, but treats oo's pretty well and you can trust them, They cover a lot of your costs (plates, tolls, scales, deadhead) and finding freight is relatively easy as there are fewer oo's and company trucks.

More $$$ at company A, but always watching your back
Less $$$ at company B, but you know they have your back.
    Who do you choose?

For me it's all about.. Having a life outside of trucking. I just had a rebuild in January of this year. I don't think I worked 60 days this year.

The fool in question, who is obviously well versed in being the pot that calls the kettle black, is banned from here. That alone should speak to his reliability as a source.

Whenever his name is mentioned, it only serves to give him more of exactly what he wants AND gotten entirely too much of, and that is attention.

You all would be better served to forget he exists.

Your right it is huge and does make life easier. Just not really gravy. Hard to explain but I wouldn't have it any way. Just tired of being so greasy at the end of every day lol. But on the bright side there is like 163 (gently used) cascadias in the ### #### way at the CLT OC if I ever change my mind.
