Company A: Decent rates TTT, but treats it's oo's like crap and constantly plays games. Can't trust this company. Competition with other oo's and company trucks is fierce.
Company B: Average rates at best, but treats oo's pretty well and you can trust them, They cover a lot of your costs (plates, tolls, scales, deadhead) and finding freight is relatively easy as there are fewer oo's and company trucks.
More $$$ at company A, but always watching your back
Less $$$ at company B, but you know they have your back.
