It's not about that, it's that if someone says BS I'm going to whip out the truth, doesnt matter its on a fourm or if its my mom lol. If I'm wrong on something I'd appreciate being show the real story as well (in a respectful manner of course).
I'm content with my life, i dont need to justify it to anyway or even myself. All is well.. besides all these delays at customers lol

Biggest problem at Schneider by far is the people that answer the phones.. they don't do their jobs and I'm just not talking about lack of support shift, I'm talking in a total.
It's gotten to the point where me and my ICA came to an agreement that I should be ask to be routed to my ICA everytime I call in because nobody else does their job.

 

I directly asked someone at the call center for Charlotte if they can see my messages I sent in and they told me no.
Seems fishy to me, anybody know if this is true?
