Universal Transport Warren, MI

Hi guys, quick question I'm hoping someone could help with. My husband started with Universal Transportation (aka Universal Truckload, Mason Dixon, Louisiana Transport, etc). Their website www.driveuniversal.com lists them as an approved VA on the job training employer which would allow my husband to collect a monthly stipend from the VA. According to their recruiter it is for 7 months and 1 week with their company. The problem is that he's been there for a while now and no one has submitted the paperwork to the VA, so we've received no money. When we attempt to search the company's name on the VA's list of participating employers nothing comes back. I just find it hard to believe that they'd lie on their website and have multiple people (recruiters, managers) lie and say they participate when they don't.

Has anyone worked for that company and received post 9/11 GI Bill OJT/apprenticeship pay through the VA?
