Hey just drive a reefer, given how long it takes us to get unloaded and for the product to be counted, I normally get my 10 in just waiting :)

I am really starting to get really pissed off at all the Schneider mistakes...
Fake appointment times, open hours that are.. going to places that are closed.
    This is really redicuous

I got hit with this a couple days ago. Dropped a trailer at Dollar Tree in Marietta, OK. Picked up a pallet load to "drop" in Wichita, KS. Arrived about 1900 to drop the pallets, met with a gate that said closed, and clearly no other schneider trailers there that would be empty anyhow.

Luckily, one of their drivers was taking pallets to another location, and had me follow him. It was 10-15 miles away, but I was at least able to unload my pallets at that location. Bad part about this is that there had been more than a dozen other Schneider loads brought to them over the past couple days, and nobody in CS had the idea to change the times in the computer and change the loads from drop to live unload.

These are situations where there is clearly no excuse for the bad information, and they would never tolerate inept work like that from us.

2 times this week I delivered to a location that was closed. Both times I called to verify they would be opened ahead of time, Schneider said yes.
Once this week i booked an open window appointment that really wasnt opened window and caused huge problems for me.
These Schneider mistakes are becoming more frequent, its not good.

This sort of stuff NEVER once happened to me at Crete.

Somebody here, don't remember who, mentioned a huge staff layoff at Schneider. I think it was here anyway, may have been on of the 13950157032922840964 schneider facebook groups.

Anyhow, all this amplified almost immediately after that. It has become a significant problem.

Schneider has always made mistakes in pay and load posting information but my first oh 10 days or so back to work it has been insane.
My ICA flat out acknowledged "people arent doing their job"
