It sounds like you might get your second chance sooner than you think. If you're religious say some prayers. When they ask what happened don't give excuses or beat around the bush. Man up and tell it exactly like it happened. Unless they are self insured it will be the insurance company that ultimately decides your fate. Good luck
With that being said, ignore all the haters on the site. I strongly dislike their holier-than-thou attitude and sometimes an accident is a genuine accident. I've witnessed a roll over where the driver was doing nothing wrong. Some dummy came along in a pickup truck and ran him off the rd. He opted to bail out instead of crushing and possibly killing the occupants of the truck. When he tried to bring his rig back on the rd the bank was so steep it just went over. The other vehicle never stopped. I didn't have a dash cam but I do now. All I could tell the cops was that it was a blue Chevy 4 door extended cab. They never got the guy. The driver was doing everything right and now he's the one paralyzed from the waist down. And even if he could still drive it would be his fault. Tell me how that makes sense -
Holier than thou or not, the advice to prevent a rollover is to TAKE the hit. ALWAYS. Its very hard to do in the real world. Because our instincts are to avoid a crash.
If the idiot in the car dies, its Darwinian bleach in the gene pool. -
anyone else has any companies that will take after a rollover.

Behold the power of the DAC.
Mine is clean...now. But there has been times things have happened and Im eliminated for years at a time from the road.
There are companies who will hire you with no dac in sight Ive had three glorious years paving blacktop in a dump truck (Which was a converted Super 500 Mack road truck with 5th wheel removed and undershift 13 speed double under) and a beaver trailer. No dac in sight and winter time off on unemployment with orders to be ready for March.
I probably can show up on this man's property right now and be rolling to the job.
With that said, the DAC is your benefit or your enemy. Ive posted a list at one time what is considered a serious enough no nos and violations that directly impact your ability to be hired for months or years or even life.
With that said... if you work in a section of a industry large enough to be black listed you will not have that on a record anywhere. Just a phone call to that employer with the word blacklist will prevent you from getting hired again in that particular field. Is it legal? no. But it happens.
You had a rollover. Fine. That is something that does not happen period. You were the driver in control. To allow a rig to roll over is unforgivable. With that said... there are times they are gonna roll and not a #### thing you can do about it. If you live through it and can prove it. -
