    Just tire straps thrown over each wheel and racheted down on both sides. Nothing to it.

    Those straps look new. My guess is you had to buy them after you booked the load, or maybe the shipper had some for sale?

    Also, did you have any space on the rear? Just curious if you could have hauled that load with your 48.

    Finally, I noticed you had to move the lumber and ended up having to put some of it on the landing gear. You will eventually figure out where it works best for you.

    Hey playamwj12.
    Ended up with a 2014 cascadia. Payments were less than some guys with 2012 and 2013s. Just got out of orientation on Friday. Truck is at freightliner cant get it until Monday. No telling where I'll pick my trailer up at. Hopefully theres one around Birmingham at great dane or utility.
    Plenty of loads around Birmingham with all the steel mills around here. Just a word of caution. Short weeks in orientation like this past week.....not a good idea.

    As successful as Playa is on his lease/purchase, were he to have a youtube channel, he could come across as another supertrucker as well as a driver talking up their company simply to get recruiting referrals. As a result, he would be another person I would cease to follow on this forum.

    Hope you get rolling soon my friend. The computer will start your payments from the day you signed your lease not the day you got your truck. Its the COMPUTER your fleet manager can back those payments up for you as initially intended. Please let me know if you need anything.


    Im not a talk on video type of guy i realy dont have the extra time anyways. Ive never asked for a referral, some guys have asked for my information and its been given and i have received a referral but no the intentioms for this thread are not to get referrals.


    The straps i had used before on my 48' so yes they will fit, not a bad load its something different i like that part about it.
