Yeah I'm realizing that now. It was a BIG mistake soon to be rectified.

We get so many people in our orientation that come from Western. It's almost comical. You should look into builders some time.

This may seem like a dumb question but, what is it that makes Western Express less than ideal for a newbie? See they're trucks up here in SE MA all the time .

They have been lying to me shorting my mileage and pay. Not paying for tarping loads and not giving reimbursements like they say they will. And keeping out for 2-3 weeks at a time when I am doing the NE REGIONAL FLATBED. I'm not the only one who says this. Oh and my DM makes me sit when I question my paycheck. Do not go to Western. They are very unorganized and no one knows what the other person is doing. No communication between the staff there either. STAY AWAY.

Wow. Well, thanks for the heads up on them. So obviously getting your hometime is a problem? For such a large trucking company, I would like to think that they'd be somewhat of a well run machine, but I guess not.

Builders transportation company. It's a flatbed company based out of memphis. Good people, just over 300 trucks, they require 3 months driving experience, will train for flatbed

Because it's consistently agreed upon by many that western doesn't train their flatbed students in the most safe magnet on load securement. Or driving for that manner. I can understand that they may be your only choice depending on where you live, however there are many flatbed choices out there, not just western

Then i would consider giving them a call and see what they can do for you. I don't know where you live, but it doesn't hurt if you call them up
