Indeed. The guy they have doing rebuilds is so incredibly passionate about his job, it's infectious. I love just standing around talking with him about stuff (mostly me listening). His excitement for rebuilding it (the first single turbo he's ever done, all the others have been twins) is wearing off on me. I'm getting more and more anxious to get behind the wheel.

He's dialing it up to 550 as well, from it's stock 475.

They had to send the block away to get milled because some, less-than-sensible, driver overheated the engine to an insane degree and the bushings etched into the block. So apparently the compression ratio is going to go up as well.

Just a question if going that far on that motor why not get the monkey off its back and ditch the mbn turbo, manifold, and ecm programming, cam and injectors and get rid of the boost sensor line and hook it to turbo atleast not to ecm sensor. It will run a lot better with 6nz parts cooler temps and better mpg.

Skooter, Wish I got a pic. of one of your step deck guys that was here in Davenport yesterday.
    He had that ld beat.
He had 2 hopper grain carts with wheels. Then each one had another hopper lded in the hoppers, plus a ear corn conveyor and misc. junk lded on top of the conveyor unit...
Plus the wheels on the conveyor made it wide..
Looks like someone went to a farm auction and bought all the junk they could and lded on a step. All tied down with straps..

MJ1657, Ruthless and johndeere4020 Thank this.
