All 3 drivers have been happy with the money they make as a second income. I don't need to work for them

 

Happy? Not really. They need your 5 stars. I've been on both sides of that game.

 

The rules as they stand are fair. It's just some players deal from the bottom of our he deck and other players allow it.

If 80% of lease operators fail, then why do people keep playing? Carriers and brokers will continue taking advantage of drivers until DRIVERS stop letting themselves be taken advantage of. I don't care how much or what type of government, trade guild, or other organizational group regulations are implemented.

We as drivers are the cause of and solution to all our problems.

 

It seems no matter what game you play, your not happy.

And ya the guy today said he normally makes decent money and has been with the service for awhile and is happy.

 

For myself, real success is when you are the boss. When somebody else is your boss, not so much.

 

Yeah, but that is not the case. They are slaves.

 

I agree something is wrong when the failure rate is so high, but it's also on the driver who with 6 months experience jumps at the offer to drive faster choose not to go into the NE or go home weekly too much.

By involving the government we would be allowing them to dictate more of our lives. I'm more libertarian as in if what you do is by your choice and it doesn't hurt me or my family I should not nor do I want to have any say in your life.

I believe that NO driver should ever get into a Lease deal with less than 5 yrs experience AND a backup plan to get out.

As for any business the strong survive and the weak get eaten. Is it fair, I don't care because I don't need to be like anyone else. I've worked hard and if I have too I'll work harder but I'm not looking for a freebie.

 

I stand by my post of April 2013, you're all going to fail, your dog will cheat on you, your wife will run away, etc, etc, etc.

Just because it hasn't happened yet doesn't mean it won't. Sure, the Hal Bop Comet wasn't a space ship that was going to ascend the worthy and the Aztecs forgot to carry the one on their calander. It will come to pass, given enough time. My next millennia is clear, how bout yours?
