It sounds like your gonna earn the trainer pay with that one! At my last recertification, the OSR recommended me for TE class. But I turned it down. Now I recall why.

 

Gentleroger does have the "Patience of Job." He MENTORED and coddled me while i was struggling as a TE.

First remember tone, I take that as an attack. I haven't been posting as much since I have been advised by the eloquent posts of Roger, most members are sensitive to tone, so I expect the same in return. Second I have no idea what you mean.

Tenn man I know how it works with accusations of the logistics side skimming off the top. so your saying they are skimming fsc too? I don't get the connection? Why would they skim one load and then give a generous amount in another? And wouldn't both of those things be in violation of the contract?

I know the replys I will get to that question, so let me say, yes Schneider logistics takes a cut, they are a broker for Gods sake. But I think you guys are over estimating the cut. I think the damage to the highly successful ic program, contract violation, and more so their reputation leads me to believe they aren't doing those things.

I don't have any idea if they are or aren't, but I'm just sayin...

 

I have no connection or contract with Schneider Logistics so I can't and couldn't see it if I asked. I believe the biggest problem is customer service that enters load info. It seems to be getting worse not better.

As far as skimming I'd say they just get the loads and offer them to SNI for whatever they say the lane pays.

It's what it is so til I can't have home time I want when I want and make a living I'll be here.

 

This is a prime example of why I stopped training....
