All you got to do is see the senior guys at Foodservice on the shuttle bids. They can barely walk or bend over. Not all but most. I fell when I was Foodservice used my hands to brace myself strained the crap out of my wrist. Dang freezer side door catwalk. 4 yrs it's still weak as hell. If your looking at being home more LTL linehaul or Fuel. But it is nights. Not much physical work. Believe me if really Big guys who can barely get out of the truck can do linehaul you can too.
Do you guys in food service workout outside work

Thank you very much for the info... I don't think I would do food service or beer...
I'm reading some about intermodal... seems to pay well... Well... not really sure about that yet... But drivers say they can go home every night if they want... Don't know why I haven't ever seen a female doing intermodal... -
Rocks Thanks this.

All that heavy flour, and 6-10 cans and if they have customers that buy frozen dough then you have all those sacks or cases of frozen dough from 4oz-28oz.
I'll never forget watching Hillcrest Foods accidentally drive that pallet of 28oz pizza dough right off the back lift gate of one of there trucks flipped the pallet and electronic pallet jack right over what a mess.
I suppose though I've done it to not with a pallet jack, but with my wheeler I've driven a couple loads off of the ramp.
