Got a call from Bryce today asking about getting put OOS Friday for no valid CDL.

Some clerk in WA DOL. didn't do their job and now I have THIRTY points on my CSA score. Trying to work with Open Road to appeal it. Wish the guy would given me a ticket as it's easier to make go away. This is gonna be a months-long nightmare and no guarantee I can get it taken off, even though I did NOTHING wrong.

Seriously ticked off. Always had a valid med card, WA just didn't enter it.

 

That blows, that's a lot of points, heck it could be your driving career and for no fault of your own.
And then you get to pay for a lawyer to get rid of the points, ugh

That scale is a liar!!! It doesn't want molested!

 

I LOVE those scale receipts. Had them a few times, but ##### that's a "perfect" load.

 

Got my load for tomorrow picks up in Baltimore in the am then delivers in Eagan on Thursday am. 1200 miles overnight. Don't quite think I can do that.

 

Wuss! Lol...

 

Got my 11 yo daughter with me. Maybe she can drive some of it. I will get I moving and she can drive IN and OH turnpike while I sleep some.
