DAC Report

If you give it much thought, DAC is really nothing more than a driver black list. It should be illegal. A person in manufacturing doesn't have it reported that they crashed a die or a mold. Or that they poured the wrong metal case into a hopper. Drivers are suffering for a lack of advocacy of rights.

 

Not only should such companies be removed but a "reverse hire right" should be implemented as to report such companies that pull this kind of thing... Then new drivers will know to not hire on with them in the future and the company will be in a position of needing drivers but can't finding them due to THEIR poor status with hire right.

The only problem with that is too many drivers would complain about God knows what, and make the company look bad. Plus we already have these forums and places like indeed. I know I don't jump without asking questions, these guys here are super knowledgeable

 

Hireright got a court day next May.

 

I recieved some mail yesterday about Watkins suing Hireright. I have not read yet, so dont know details.

 

Hire right is more than just a blacklist for drivers, it's a blacklist for any employee in any industry. Before i stated driving i was in satellite telecom and both my companies used hire right to filter applicants.

 

DAC used to be a stand-alone company before they hire right took them over and they were a shady as they come

 

Hire Right has filed for bankruptcy following their settlement agreement in a class action law suit for failing to disclose full info to drivers who requested their reports.
I got a packet from a law firm today telling me I am part of the settlement group.

If you requested a report from them in the last few years it seems you have money coming.

Me too. Far as I can tell, just fill out the form an you'll get a check.

 

If they declared bankruptcy good luck getting a cheque.
