And to those of You who feel the need to come in this thread with your unwanted know-it-all logic, I think I speak for the majority when I say, keep your negativity and your opinion about what cheap freight is to yourself. Everyone here seems to be doing fine. Because you wanna sit on your ##* and wait for the perfect load, that dont mean everyone else has to take your approach. If you aren't promoting positivity and don't have anything to further the knowledge of those of us who are new to flatbed, take you're trolling elsewhere. We can do without it over here. Is very aggravating to have our positivity interrupted with your BS!

What a morning already. Load not ready until 0100, then they load all twelve coils one at a time, then i have to tell them they will be loaded the way i want them or i am leaving. I have a 53' i cant just stack all the.heavy stuff on the spread.
Then my tarp rips, i retarp in the rain on the side of the interstate on an off ramp. Now im saying F this im taking a nap, barely slept at all i havr until 1500 tomorrow to do 680 miles. So an hour wont hurt.
Yes my tarps were protected, 100% of the load covered with moving blankets. Just very very sharp coils. It happens..Lonesome, 88 Alpha and 410TruckGrinder Thank this. -

Playa, sounds like we were both having less than desirable days. I spent all day, 0700 this morning to 1600 this afternoon, furious at my company for changing my next load assignment, among other reasons. I mean fighting mad. Took it out on what few friends I have and was hateful to a regular customer. Turns out, what set me off to begin with didn't happen after all. I spent the whole day mad for no reason.
Some days, I feel like Gibbs needs to smack me in the back of the head (NCIS TV show reference).Kroozn20 and playamwj12 Thank this.
