I'm baaaaaack!!!!!!!!

Upgraded to a new Corolla. Mid range model, could be base. Still pretty nice. Lots more fun than the older transportation appliances.

About 100 miles north of Nashville right now. Gonna stop on I-40 somewhere east of Jamesville then drop down US45 to Tupelo then across 78 to Blue Mountain. Need to drop off my stuff and The Hot Chick then return the car to Budget at the Tupelo airport by 1100. Then Big M will come get me from the airport.

Orientation starts 0800 Tuesday. Pee test and hair test. Videos, paperwork, meet the owner, etc. Check rides come after everything else is done.

I want to hurry up and GET THERE but I'm being a goody two shoes prissy pants with the speed limit right now--last thing in the universe I need is a ticket at this stage.

Typing this while sitting naked in a recliner at a motel in Upper Butt Crack, Tennessee. Thought I had found a perfectly fine place in Jackson but Her Royal Hotness said it was "Too murdery."

 

Anyway, this place is twice as expensive but She is sleeping peacefully so no worries.

 

About 1.5 hours out. Shower, shave, grab a sausage muffin from MacDonald's, hit the road. They're leaving it up to me to find the place as they didn't give me directions (but it's easy enough to locate).

I'm hungry and need this shower so I'll talk to y'all later.

 

In Blue Mountain MS. Got here on schedule, mostly smooth running so far. In hotel right now. Orientation starts tomorrow morning 0730, not 0800. My plans are ruined.
