I dont know if its proper to say the company i worked for but Schneider wanted to pay me .34 cent.
I could make close to the same amount on unemployment.

I could understand in t/t for no u turns because of bad drivers making bad decisons. but bobtailing, I don't see why, it's not going to get stuck in a ditch across two lanes.

Probably cheaper for the company to fire you vs. lay you off. I saw a driver fired for not having his shirt tail tucked in properly. He had been there 9 years and good clean cut driver.

We had a two million miler in FFE stop in a rail crossing like he was supposed to. Come to find out train come by chopped his pete all the way to the firewall and took his windshield too. Plastered all over the Dallas Morning Papers next day with his chopped pete minus engine, axle, wheels windshield etc in a very lonely godforgotten railcrossing somewhere deep in AZ.

I guess they took his picture down. After the talk, carrying on etc settled down no one said anything more.

I have seen several of the most worst wrecks happen in front of me on the DC beltways you watch. 4 lanes worth of aggressive people turn into a junk pile and empty a few bottles fighting fire and pulling screaming people out and taking off before the cops got there to take names.

It's a wonder I use that US 15 to completely and absolutely bypass DC to the west all my years, a trip in the woods, stop for coffee at manassas sip it to the river to frederick and harrisburg and east no problem at all. No drama, no wrecks no nothing.

Either a deskjockey had been reading the Art of War, oor he believed that talent grows on trees.

Talent. Maybe those aged posters with the motivation memes on the office walls. Sitting in AC Peace blissfully unaware that a -20 load of dough is fighting 120 degrees 2000 miles to go and now -18 and rising.

I would walk away from any 10-99 employment. You pay all the taxes, and nothing is withheld, so you have to come up with the money all at once. Very few folks who work 10-99 are intelligent enough to bank enough through the year to pay those taxes.

Makes me wonder if they caned you so that this guy could have your job. Wonder who he is related to?

All the mega crap companies have a no U-turn policy; It is one of the five deadly sins. The fact you were bobtail was immaterial to a desk jockey that drives a desk all day. Reasoning takes no place in the front office. Mega company or not, all these safety guys go to the same regional industry safety meetings that preach how the driver is a danger to their company.

The big problem is you agreed to drive with a tattle tail camera in your truck. You just giving way to much information for a desk jockey that can't handle that information.

It may not be on your DAC yet because the company has not reported to your DAC. Either they are not part of the DAC or they have not yet reported it. It may still come.

The safety Manager said "he drove trucks 15yrs" and admitted to me he's done it a few time and gotten lucky ( I should have recorded him).
U would thinks he knows the difference plus they reported to dac the first time i worked for them. Quit and went local then I came back a year later and got canned in 2month...the irony...
