Good news.. My check engine light is off.

Bad news... My apu died yesterday. It spit and sputtered like it was starved for fuel and died. Have tried running it a couple of times since and get the same result. I called the shop, they looked up its records and it hasn't been serviced since July of last year. So if I were a betting man, it's got a clogged fuel line/filter or bad fuel pump. It's too bad we can't check the hours on them ourselves. Anyway, I let Joey and outbound know my situation so I'm expecting a load taking me towards CR or Fargo after I deliver in Sturtevant tomorrow morning. I also emailed Chad to let them know my idle time is gonna be abnormally high for the next couple of days. Before now, I had gotten it down from 10% to 8%.

 

Suposately you can plug a computer in the jack on the passenger side box and pull up a menu to review settings and hours...at least according to the Thermo King rep

 

Dropping this load at the fargo yard.
Then heading to Park Rapids to load for Kansas city.

 

Watch out... I heard he slings quite a 'breakfast sausage'

Hope I did the right thing.
Trailer I was assigned from fargo was on the shop line. Bottom parts of rail where missing. I took the only trailer from the ready line. Sent DSP a message telling them what I did. Already going to be 15-30 minutes late for pick up in Park Rapids due HOS.

 

Yep, y'all better lay off that crap or tucker will be applying for a job here at Magnum

 

If that's Earp, you can check in the night before and they should let you back it in a door and sleep onsite. They open the doors from the inside, btw, so be sure to slide the tandems.
