Lol....No he's not. He'll just tell you to go pound sand and he'll get another truck to do it. Nothing in your agreement says he has to pay you anything.

You must work for landstar .I don't I still think company or o/o your time is a value. From you landstar must not care about its bus.partners if your saying if your demanded pay for your time they wouldn't load you.I wouldn't do business with any body who thought my time is not important.

If you read his post again he turns around and complaining like a company driver would complain he's not fit to be an owner-operator Point Blank

So let's try this again .I wasn't responding to O.P. .The comment that only company drivers should be paid to layover why is your time not valued just because your an o/o.If your giving your time away for free I would argue your not fit to be an O/O

He apparently didn't understand what I said it because if you read the context of the op's post then you'd see that he's trying to act like a company driver I never said anything about not get paid for your time but let me tell you Lance Stars not going to pay you nothing is going to have to be an agent or something but I'm going to tell you point blank I'm more than fit to be an owner operator and I have been for a while

I do know what I'm talking about and I really sick and tired of people thinking they can just turn around put words in my mouth and spit everything I've said... People who do that do not want to hear the truth

I also challenge you to prove where I specifically said he shouldn't be paid then until you can prove that then you really don't have a leg to stand on... when your booking your own loads and you dealing with agents then he should go out to the agent if you feel that way because the carrier doesn't have any obligation
