I've been getting my mouth burnt I think from drinking too cold water but room temperature water gets pretty warm in Texas. Like it hurts my gums and my teeth

Ah, looks almost like the one i saw, his tractor was on the north side of the culvert and his trailer was blockin the right lane of west 101. Still dont know how he did it...
